I loved this kit so much I’ve bought a basket making kit too! Very easy to follow videos, there was plenty of willow provided and I would 100% recommend if you fancy having a go at willow weaving. The prep of the willow needs to be done a couple of days before so don’t expect to start straight way, but it’s definitely worth the wait!

I purchased the kits as birthday present for my 2 girlfriend's back in May. We have eventually found a day compatible for all three of us.
I provided coffee and cake, lunch and afternoon cup of tea. Great fun was had by all. I would definitely recommend this. I would also do another project.
Thank you for the help and advice.

Really enjoyed making my star, a project that can be done in one sitting, so much so that I have made a few more using leftover willow from other projects. The extras are smaller than the original but just as cute.

Awesome course for a beginner, easy to follow instructions, and I loved learning a new skill. I was surprised at how well they turned out. I'd encourage anyone to give it a go, even if you're as uncreative as I thought I was

This was brought as a present. My sister loved it

This is the second star I have bought - perfect as a present for a friend who loves all manor of crafts.

What a great activity! A crafty couple of hours for 3 friends. Great idea and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend and plan to do more.

Not as easy as it looks but really enoyed doing it. I did have difficultywith snapping but managed to produce a star that my daughter wants!! I had enough left over to do another one but couldn't complete it as I think I over-soaked and rods kept splitting. Would love to attempt another one - do you just sell the willow?
Really love your products and instruction videos.

Made the stars with both of my daughters. We had a lovely afternoon. Great instructional video that guided us step by step. We were very happy with our results. Thank you!

Had a wonderful craft afternoon with a dear friend who I don’t see often. It was fun from soaking the willow all the way to weaving. Really good clear instructions to follow, thank you, we are delighted with our star creations and will definitely come back to you for more projects going forward! 5*

Keeping these kits for Christmas as a mother-daughter experience so can’t yet comment…

Easy to follow videos. Fun experience. We did it as a valentine's activity so definitely benefited from 2 pairs of hands.

My friend and I had a lovely afternoon making the willow star. It was great having the video as we could pause at any time, and replay bits we hadn't grasped. A lovely experience, which we hope to do again with another! Product. We were chuffed with our stars!

Loved making this willow star, online course was very good, stopped and rewound it lots of times.
It was tiring on the hands and wrists, but well worth it.
Make sure you have sharp secateurs, I have also now purchased longer thin ones for future use for tricky areas.
I would certainly recommend trying this and finding a new craft.

This was the result of the course. So yes it works. I did not feel it was good value for money as I could have continued learning but at £40+ per lesson it was better value to attend a local class.

I enjoyed making the willow star. The kit contained all that was needed to get going. The best thing about the course was the videos in which the presenter gave clear instructions and gentle encouragement. I learned a lot about willow and it's properties. I found it very interesting. I finished my star but plan to re-do a couple of the points as they look untidy.
I look forward to making the garden support when the weather is warmer. It will go on my allotment - I will send a photo

Great quality product there’s such great instructions I just need to get on with making it after braking an arm ☹️

Really enjoyed making the star. It was much admired.

A fabulous course shared with friends, would highly recommend. Looking forward to the next willow project

Bought as present and not finished yet, delighted with it though

Very much enjoyed making the Willow star along with a couple of friends, took a bit longer than anticipated but we got them finished and we're pleased with the results.

Struggled, particularly with soaking the willow, I think I am doing it for too long, it fractures, although some was fine. I am going to try the small oval basket next.
The stars do look lovely and I made 7 in all to give as gifts, and keep one for myself.
I will persevere and crack it!!!

Three of us did it while watching the video and it was great fun to do.
Preparing the Willow is time-consuming so make sure you plan in advance. And there was definitely a knack to bending the Willow so it doesn’t split.

Well I'm hooked! The willow star course was a fantastic introduction to willow work and a great evening to share with my daughters. It took a bit of trial and error but once we got the hang of it we were flying. Thank you and I certainly will be doing more

I bought this kit for my daughter having bought the beginners kit back in April! I've finally found time to make the star which I'm becoming obsessed with as so enjoyable to make. Very clear instructions delivered in gentle voice & easy to follow video steps. I might just use all my willow rods to make more stars as gifts. Then I'll have a reason to buy the kit again to make 2nd & third projects in it.

The instructions and videos were very clear, easy to access and easy to replay when needed.
I loved the whole project and I am amazed at how successful I was even though it was my first time.
I hope to buy another project in the New Year, but I am putting one on my Christmas wish list too!
Brilliant

I can honestly say it has been the best money I have spent in a very long while! Kit and online videos so easy to follow. I can't wait to do more, thank you
Denise L.
Had a lovely evening making the willow stars. A glass of wine and chat and very clear instructions on the video made for a therapeutic evening. This has inspired me to do more willow work. Thank you !
I now have a Christmas star made with ‘my own 2 hands’

I loved making the willow star, this is my first time doing any willow weaving. It was particularly helpful watching the videos before I started... can't wait to do the basket next...
